Cheyenne Mize, MT-BC, is a musician, music therapist, and Co-Executive Director of Strive. Since receiving her Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from the University of Louisville in 2006, she has worked in a variety of settings as a Board Certified Music Therapist- serving everyone from neonates to the elderly. Although she is seen on a stage from time to time, her passion lies with using music and the arts to build and enrich the Louisville community. She received the Good Samaritan Award for her work at Kosair Children's Hospital in 2008, Best Singer/Songwriter in the 2013 Louisville Music Awards, and is the current Treasurer for the MT Association of Kentucky.

Nina Rodahaffer, RN, BSN, is a nurse, musician, and Co-Executive Director of Strive. She has received both a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Louisville and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Bellarmine University.    From  2009-2016, she cared for others as a Registered Nurse at the University of Louisville Hospital. Nina has maintained her active role in the arts from an early age, including recently performing in the soundtrack for an award-winning play at Actor’s Theatre of Louisville.
